This Kohls is just exceptional. Great prices and friendly staff
This is my neighborhood Kohl's and my goto location when I shop the department store. However some times especially during the holiday season, the lines can be ridiculously long. Found that to be so this past Saturday. I walked in & pretty much walked right back out. The lines were down the aisles and there seemed to be a shortage of staff to assist with registers. Disappointing. Also, it would be nice to see them increase their Big & Tall section, very limited. Otherwise, I always find the store very clean, items easy to locate & customer service to be very welcoming and polite.
Love this store. Full of brand name great product. Lotsa great discounts as well. Nice store employees as well.
Wife and I enjoy coming here more and more. The layout is great. Their selection is always good as well. The Kohl's cash rewards are also amazing. Lines are always quick, and the staff has always been pleasant. We will be back again. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. Hope it continues to do well!
This Kohl's is great - clean, well organized and friendly staff. Customer service personnel are very helpful. Some temporary staff can be a pain sometimes - like they have been forced to work there. But the regular employees are awesome. Selection/variety is decent but gets old like any other kohl's - something that Kohl's as a whole needs to improve. The location is convenient but traffic can get very congested during peak hours.
